operated business. Mark Terry is the owner of
the business, and is the man who you see for
in-home estimates. His wife Diana helps out in
the office by taking care of the customer's
storage accounts, keeping the office organized
and operating smoothly and answering phones. His
son Ken is in charge of dispatch, and will go
out in the field for estimates when needed.

If we provide an in-home estimate, and the truck gets held up in traffic on moving day, it is on our time not yours.
